Owing to its high heat resistance, Trennex 854 G Kolbenschmierstoff forms a compression-proof lubrication film and offers optimum service life of plunger and shot sleeve.

Trennex Automatic 3099 is a graphite containing lubricant of medium viscosity for automatic lubrication (e.g. drip-feed lubrication) of plungers on cold-chamber pressure die-casting machines.
Special additives cause a good stability of the suspended graphite.

Application of Trennex Automatic 3099 takes place by means of plunger lubrication device (either drip-feed lubrication or nozzles).
